At Healthier Tomorrows, we take pride in offering a variety of services to meet the individual needs of our clients. We offer private nutrition consultations to assist individuals with a wide range of issues, including weight management, disordered eating, sports nutrition, vegetarian/vegan diets, food allergies/intolerances, and improved wellness. We also provide nutrition education for medical conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, digestive disorders, diabetes, and obesity.
In addition to individual nutrition consultations, we also offer corporate wellness services, including nutrition presentations, education, and counseling as well as assistance with other wellness programming.
Healthier Tomorrows was founded by Megan J. Campbell, MS, RD, LDN. Ms. Campbell is a registered and licensed dietitian practicing in the Chicago area who has a wide range of experience working with both individuals and corporate clients.
Ms. Campbell received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University, a naturopathic medical school located near Seattle, Washington. She completed her clinical training through the University of Houston, completing rotations at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Texas Children's Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, and Memorial Hermann Hospital.
Ms. Campbell is the dietitian for Northwestern University and several other universities in the Chicago area. She is also a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Illinois Dietetic Association and the Chicago Dietetic Association. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and a running and cooking enthusiast.
Our goal is to empower our clients to make the healthy choices and changes they need to prevent or treat chronic disease, recover from injury, enhance their overall health and well-being and lead the fullest lives they can.
